Mercury News on How Proven.com “Will Become the LinkedIn for Service Workers”

Proven.com was recently featured in the San Jose Mercury News. Columnist Mike Cassidy, interviewed Sean Falconer, our Chief Technical Officer, and Pablo Fuentes, CEO, about the history and the vision of Proven.
Cassidy explains what Proven does: “The mobile app provides a way for users to search Craigslist for specific jobs. Job seekers can store resumes and cover letters in the cloud and use Proven to attach them to job applications with the tap of a finger. It’s ideal for someone who’s looking for a job while working a job that doesn’t provide a comfy cube complete with computer. “
Unlike many tech companies, Proven.com targets a “demographic that has never been addressed by technology companies,” explains Pablo Fuentes. Mitch Kapor, a famous entrepreneur and investor, also agrees: “We have been really interested in and aligned around the fact that he’s trying to help a group of people who are typically overlooked by tech startups.”
Ultimately, Proven.com wants to make a difference for workers. “We can make a meaningful difference in these people’s lives, and that matters to me, ” said Pablo Fuentes.
