This position will operate under the general supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, within a set of policies and procedures. The customer service team fields all incoming phone calls, provides answers to common questions, directs calls to the appropriate parties, oversees incoming mail, processes incoming photo orders, responds to email inquiries, processes credit card payments, investigates service and/or product failures and corrects them.

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are interested in long-term employment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be willing to regularly work Saturdays.
High School Graduate.
At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience with significant phone experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word applications
Exceptional, Demonstrable, Proven Customer Service Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team
Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail
Must be fluent in English, although Spanish is a desirable bonus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently under general supervision.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrated professional phone skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multi-tasking a must.

Hours: 35-40/weekly (regular weekend rotation)
