TroopSwap was founded by veterans with a simple mission: reward a life of service. The company fulfills this mission by authenticating military and veteran identity online in order to create a secure digital channel between reputable brands and the military community. By providing this channel, our Troop ID application allows reputable organizations to honor and recognize service without fear of fraud or abuse.
TroopSwap is a startup in the truest sense of the word. Employees often wear shorts and flip flops and if you don't like sitting at a desk, feel free to lounge on a couch or giant bean bag around the office. At the same, our company is unique in terms of our mission and dedication to serving the military and veteran communities. This passion creates a high degree of intrinsic value and motivation to succeed. We are an evolving company, constantly seeking new ways to better to serve the military community and our merchant partners, which at times equates to long and demanding.
