<p>We are looking for someone that&nbsp;<strong>is motivated, hospitable and fun to work with</strong>. You should be comfortable in a high-volume environment for weekend brunch, dinner service, and our bustling bar scene. Someone who spreads good vibes is a must!&nbsp;:)</p>
<p><strong>Busser Job Overview:&nbsp;</strong>Clear dirty dishes from dining tables and reset tables. Remove all dirty wares to the dish station in the kitchen and rack accordingly.&nbsp;Maintain side stations in a clean, organized and stocked manner. Assist servers in any way possible to ensure proper, prompt and courteous service to all guests. Deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, and bar areas.&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen, restaurant, and bar areas.</p>
<p><strong>Server Job Overview:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>Take food and beverage orders, record orders in the POS system in a timely manner. Deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant and bar areas. Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of the restaurant and bar areas. Wait on tables promptly and courteously in adherence to standards of service.&nbsp; Provide guest service in accordance to company policy and standard. Assist in the control of beverage and operating supply costs. Deliver prompt, courteous service according to service and operating standards.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;<strong>Busser Qualifications/Skills:</strong></p>
<p>Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and /or abilities.&nbsp;To perform this job successfully, the employee will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently with or without reasonable accommodation.</p>

<p>Functioning Cocktail Model Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Interacting with customers by taking their orders, making recommendations, providing them with accurate bills, serving them drinks, processing payments, and supplying them with whatever they need in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Handling multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner.</li>
<li>Cleaning and clearing tables.</li>
<li>Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and restocking items, such as straws, napkins, etc.</li>
<li>Learning about food and beverages, such as wine, beer, and cocktails.</li>
<li>Taking inventory of supplies and ingredients.</li>
<li>Checking identification to ensure customers are the proper age to purchase alcoholic beverages.</li>
<li>Standing, walking, and maneuvering the heavy bar cart through our dining room</li>
