RESTAURANT MANAGER TORC Napa

Chef Sean O'Toole's downtown Napa restaurant is looking for a manager. The ideal candidate will have worked in high caliber restaurants for a minimum of three years and have held a management position during that time. Hospitality degree preferred.

At TORC we are looking for staff that are excited about being challenged, growing as a team, pushing to be the best version of themselves. We are not for everyone, for the those that are committed to hospitality, as a craft, as a way of life, you will find this to be home.

As Wine Curator and Chef, my wife Cynthia and I are proud to be 'dismantling' the fine dining experience, replacing it with a sophisticated yet relaxed evening that doesn't break the bank. Inspired by what's great; grown at local farms, foraged and fished by friends, or produced and harvested by like-minded individuals, TORC is literally never the same place twice.

With a love for Napa, a deep appreciation for each ingredient and a thirst for unique and thoughtful wine, cocktail and beer offerings, we hope our passion is palpable in every plate, sip and bite. This isn't just dinner. It's a feast for all of your senses.

(Qualification Requirements:)

- Strong leader with commitment to excellence and a passion for great food & wine

- Extensive wine & liquor knowledge; with desire to train others

- Possess a professional, welcoming attitude with outgoing personality

- Experienced in hiring, training and scheduling a front of the house staff

- Assist with organization and maintenance of inventory, ordering and stocking

- Oversee fulfillment of opening and closing procedures

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
• Compensation very competitive based on experience
