The Vesper is an American craft-cocktail bar that will serve small plates.  We are in search for a Lead Cook with Kitchen Management Experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their creative skills.

We are looking for a Lead to be apart of the creative team and execute a simple but creative menu.  The Vesper will focus on craft-cocktails.  The kitchen has a few limitations in size and there is no hood.  An out of the box approach is needed.

Responsibilities Include:

Creating and Executing Menu

Lead Kitchen Team

Prep and Maintain the line

Maintain the reach in / walk in

Control Food Cost

Take Accurate Weekly Inventory

Maintain kitchen standards according to ownership standards

Train and Maintain kitchen staff according to company employee manual

Keep safe and positive working environment

Pay is DOE.

Hours are PM Only 

We also need a line cook and a dishwasher.  Please be prepared to stage.
