<p>The Park Bistro & Bar at The Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa is looking for a dynamic, personable and team-oriented server to join us.</p>
<p>As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the dining room, the server is responsible for selling and serving food and beverages using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities include</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Thorough knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, beer and spirits</li>
<li>Being able to comfortably guide a guest through their experience with a clear but humble use of the knowledge you have acquired</li>
<li>Following a detailed sequence of service in order to provide a consistent guest experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of wine service techniques</li>
<li>Delivering food to tables</li>
<li>Overseeing table maintenance</li>
<li>Monitoring guest satisfaction</li>
<li>Familiar with Micros & OpenTable Guest Center</li>
</ul>
<p>Must have a flexible schedule including early mornings, holidays and weekends. </p>
