As a Cryotherapy Services Sales Rep, you are a leader in the fastest growing Cryotherapy company in the Southeast, product knowledge, solutions, and highly influential in how you engage with customers. You're proud to represent Recovery Zone, and you exemplify that in all your interactions with clients.

Priorities:

Learn the proper protocol to operate the Cryotherapy technology and functions (this will be covered under the technical training provided by Recovery Zone)

Applies knowledge for safe and proper usage of the Cryosauna

Refer to schedule prior to patient entrance to ensure service predictability as well as eliminate unwarranted improvisation in timeline

Consistently practice a routine of cleanliness immediately following patient visitation

Learns and applies the appropriate vernacular associated with the physiologic response

associated with Whole Body Cryotherapy and consistently demonstrates the ability to advise patients for recovery advancement

Obtain personal characteristics from clients in anticipation of protocol requirements

Respect patient privacy and confidentiality

Comply with safety and security standards at all times

Takes the initiative for improvement and provides solutions for challenges and opportunities

Leads and manages assigned clientele to satisfy timeline objectives

Builds and maintains positive and respectful relations with team members and patients

Takes responsibility for required education and proficiency in all applicable machine functionality

Models professionalism and demonstrates valuable people skill
