Experienced kitchen manager to work in a fast pace high volume Italian restaurant.  A strong presence is key with great attention to detail in kitchen management and quality service.  This is a full time five day work week.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring service runs smoothly

Supervising a kitchen staff of 15+

Overseeing and assisting with purchasing/scheduling

Kitchen administrative duties

Inventory

Serve Safe Certified

 

Kitchen manager should have a positive attitude and be able to communicate clearly, professionally, concisely and respectfully.

We are looking for a team leader who works well with others, has the passion for the business and is willing to share their knowledge with staff.  Must have Italian cuisine experience (two years minimum) in a fast paced high volume restaurant. Bilingual is a plus.  Eligible for medical benefits after a 60 day probationary period.  Possible salary of 80k + bonuses
