The Role

  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to customers regarding the service we provide and find a best solution for the customer
  • Resolve customer issues with effective problem solving skills to retain customers
  • Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales goals
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of our products and services in order to understand the customer’s needs
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, chats and emails.

 

What you bring

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, customer care, or customer retention experience
  • A self-starter who has great communication skills and can work independently, but thrives in a team atmosphere
  • Positive attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and improve skill set

  

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with online eCommerce
  • Experience working with ZenDesk software
