<p>We are adding to our management team and are looking to hire an experienced floor manager. The right candidate fulfills the following criteria:</p>
<p>Proven supervisory and leadership experience.</p>
<p>Enjoys food, wine and great customer service and enjoys working with people, the public at large and employees from various backgrounds and ages.</p>
<p>Has respectful management style, handles issues with maturity, integrity and fairness.</p>
<p>Have knowledge of ALOHA POS </p>
<p>Possesses good food, wine spirit knowledge and has fine dining service plus full bartending experience.</p>
<p> The right candidate has a positive attitude and warm, personal floor presence, communicates effectively and uses common sense.</p>
<p> We are a high volume quality operation with two dining rooms Monday-Saturday and three on Sundays with two full bars. Your main area of responsibility would be supervising the dining rooms and bars in all aspects. You will be required to be flexible with your hours, as we work shifts (AM, swing and PM) to cover our 7 days of operation, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus the Champagne Buffet on Sundays. We are open 365 days a year. In general we work 45 hours a week. We are a family operation (despite our size, about 185 employees total) and are looking forward to receiving your resume.</p>

<p>We are concessionaires of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (National Park) and are governed by our contract with the Federal Government.</p>
