Hard Water, a Whiskey Bar serving seasonal southern inspired food is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine. Hard Water is open 7 days a week for lunch & dinner and is located on the Embarcadero.

Chef de Cuisine:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in kitchen management or related field
  • Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls, and quality standards
  • Ability to drive profitable growth while continuously improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership skills, creativity, with proven ability to build relationships with customers
  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication, written & customer service skills
  • Computer literacy
  • ServSafe Manager Certification Compliant
