Seeking an experienced Chef for the CDC position at The Dorian Restaurant.  A strong presence in the restaurant is key with great attention to detail in kitchen management, systems and quality service.  The Dorian is in the heart of the Marina/Cow Hollow and was honored to be named 7x7 Magazine's 2016 Reader's Choice Best New Restaurant.   

Responsibilities Include:

Product & Hospitality: Our team is encouraged to share our enthusiasm with our guests

People + Leadership: Build a top-notch team – focus on building strong culture, continuous hiring, heightened on-boarding processes and ongoing training

Systems + Operations: Guide all teams to run an efficient and effective business

Performance & Profitability: Ensure consistency of brand and product while achieving desired profitability

Chef should have a positive attitude and be able to communicate clearly, professionally, concisely and respectfully.   Chef must be passionate about the industry and love what he/she does.
