Hell's Kitchen Hospitality Group is now hiring an Assistant Bar/Restaurant Manager.

Our mission is to provide a casual dining and drinking experience in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Hell's Kitchen Hospitality Group owns and operates a group of fast paced beer-centric bars in Midtown, NY. Our energy level is always turned up! We cater to those that visit, work and play in the Hell's Kitchen/Times Square area.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • You MUST have a NYC Food Handler's Card to apply for this position
  • Minimum two to three years current bar and restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • A knowledge of beer and spirits
  • A guest-focused and customer driven personality
  • Experience responding to and dealing with large semi-private parties and events
  • Financial and Cost Control skills

Job Tasks:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on delivering a great guest experience
  • Oversee service and guarantee that all points of guest contact meet company standards
  • Determine current and future staffing needs for the restaurant
  • Order beer, wine and liquor
  • Inventory all beverage items weekly
  • Promote group business in our semi-private space for up to 100 people
