The Invoicer has two main responsibilities. The first is to manage the checkout process at our 3rd party warehouse.  The Invoicer needs to ensure orders are checked out in the correct flow so that customers receive on-time deliveries. As part of this responsibility the Invoicer verifies that items are scanned accurately and communication between picking operations, loaders, and drivers is clear. The second is to create all invoices for customers in real time at checkout using out proprietary technology. The Invoicer will work with cashiers to manage the paper receipts for all orders, transfer the pricing into our software system, and verify all receipts are accurately entered in the invoicing system.  The Invoicer will also assist with schedule changes and other duties as needed.

Major Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Organize orders for checkout in the correct flow
  • Provide direction to 3rd party cashiers
  • Create Invoices for all orders
  • Manage all paper receipts
  • Communicate schedule changes to loaders and drivers

Qualifications

  • Experience Creating or Managing Invoices
  • Experience Managing Details
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment

Experience working on a smart phone in a business setting

Competencies

  • Comfortable using a smart phone for work
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Bookkeeping or Accounting Experience a plus

Needs to be comfortable standing for a full 8-hour shift
