Henry’s, in the Graduate Hotel, is hiring a new CHEF DE CUISINE.

Opened in 1928, and long a staple of the Berkeley food scene, Henry’s is reopening as a collaboration of two well-respected, and award winning restaurant groups from the Bay Area.  Additionally, Henry's Chef de Cuisine will have the opportunity to work under James Beard Award-winning and Michelin-starred Chefs, and work closely with the Executive Chef of one of San Francisco's most iconic spaces. 

Chef de Cuisine applicants must have experience in whole animal butchery and smoked meats (not necessarily BBQ).  Experience in restaurant openings also a plus. 


Responsibilities will include new menu development and recipe testing, as well as, management of daily kitchen operations.  Henry's Chef de Cuisine will oversee all food-related operations for The Graduate Hotel, including banquets, private dining, and a cafe, expected to come online mid-2018 (but no room service!).

This is a great opportunity to participate in the revival one of Berkeley's oldest and most iconic pubs.
