Located in the heart of Downtown Napa, BASALT Restaurant is a casual environment with a happening bar scene, phenomenal food and seamless service. We offer local seasonal cuisine and craft cocktails drawing influences from around California!
We are currently gearing up for summer and interviewing for PM Line Cooks!
The Line Cook will set up their workstation with required mise en place, tools, equipment and supplies according to standards. You will prepare and produce menu items for the restaurant following recipes and yield guides, and proper plate presentation and garnish for all dishes you produce. You will maintain the organization, cleanliness and sanitation of your work areas and equipment.
