*Maintain medical records to reflect timely, accurate, legible and complete documentation
*Ensure that all medical and adaptive equipment continue to be appropriate and are in safe working order
LVN -Licensed Vocational Nurse
*Must have LVN license in State of Tennessee or compact state.
*Must have at least 1 year of experience in nursing.
*Must have current CPR
