Grocery Specialist 

Market Hall Foods is looking for a Grocery Specialist. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, learning, people, and community. A positive attitude, team player, self starter, and communication skills are a must.  Full time and part time positions are available. You should be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Job duties include the following:

• Assist customers with needs and questions
• Suggest products and discuss cooking techniques with customers
• Sample and talk about products with customers
• Find information as needed. Use resources to learn / pass along information about products
• Support special events including book-signings, outside ‘demos’, store promotions
• Pricing- correctly price all items to be stocked
• Stock floor, as well as facing and maintaining product on shelves
• Help organize back stock
• Prepare samples
• Repack bulk product
• Assist Merchandising specialist filling and building displays
• Maintaining a clean safe environment for customers and coworkers
• Support other departments during busy time periods-lunch rush/dinner rush
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress code
