Home Offer America
Home Offer America is made up of a team of Real Estate Professionals and Investors who serve to provide an easy solution for home owners in need of selling their house quickly and stress-free.
We are seeking a motivated Lead Manager to assist our growing Real Estate team. This position does not require a Real Estate License! As a Lead Manager, you will prospect for and acquire new leads on a daily basis from various sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, scheduling appointments and managing leads in our CRM (Client Relationship Manager). You will obtain necessary information on seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for our team's Acquisitions Manager.
The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of their role on the team. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while effectively assisting potential sellers with their inquiries.
Responsibilities Include:
•Actively prospect for new business and follow up with leads in our pipeline.
•Maintaining a productive workflow; appointment setting through Cold-Calling.
•Primary duties include Outbound Calling, E-mail Communication, Coordination & Scheduling of Real Estate buying opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline in the CRM.
•Effectively qualify potential sellers for appointments with our Acquisitions Manager (using a specific script & techniques provided by our team).
•Participate in brief, ongoing accountability meetings to gauge your success.
