Water Grill is one of our seven concepts at King's Seafood Company. The original Water Grill in Downtown Los Angeles was remodeled in 2012 and it was so well received by our Guests that we opened Water Grill Santa Monica on Ocean Avenue in 2013, Water Grill San Diego in the Historic Gaslamp Quarter in 2015, and in 2016 we opened two more Water Grill restaurants, at Orange County's South Coast Plaza, and our first Texas restaurant in Uptown Dallas and soon Water Grill Las Vegas! King's Seafood Company has been a family owned restaurant business and southern California based company since 1945.
As the Sous Chef, you will be partnered with the Executive Chef and serve as an integral member of our management team. You will be the expert on kitchen operations from ordering, to troubleshooting variances, to developing the line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
