Hello Hospitality gurus!
Our 200+ seat restaurant has been part of the Mt. View community for a few years now. Our fresh approach to seafood and West Coast style has placed us in a unique position. We are a Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch certified sustainable restaurant. We have a premium bar, great curated beers on draught, a great assortment of hand-crafted cocktails and a gorgeous space with tons of room (for you and our guests). The new complex next to us will be opening in October (Facebook new offices, new Hilton, new movie theaters and more), and our team (and guests) needs your help!

We're looking to add up to two experienced folks to our hospitality team immediately, in the host position. One or more years of customer service will help you succeed, but experience is not required. We hire nice people that want to be part of a teamwork environment, work hard and are proud of their work. We have an extensive training program that can help the right person succeed in this business.

We have an amazing stream of friendly regulars. Most of our bartenders and servers have been with us since we opened 6 years ago. We're very "big" on promoting from within. There are plenty of opportunities to grow at Pacific Catch. Many of our servers and bartenders started as hosts, answering ads just like this.
