Customer Service Shipping Clerk

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Shipping Clerk.
Candidates must have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, be detailed oriented, creative, and computer literate, and possess superior problem-solving and leadership skills. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and works well with customers and fellow staff members.
Responsibilities:
Reconcile receiving and shipping packers
Greet customers and assist them with their orders
Answer incoming calls
Maintain pickup orders
Review and store all incoming layouts for retrieval by billing clerk
Be main contact and distributor of shipping group emails
Complete reports and data entry
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
