Job Summary
Restaurant with new American cuisine is seeking an experienced Line Cook to expand our team.
Responsibilities and Duties
Prior to service, kitchen member will be responsible for prepping ingredients and dishes for service. Line Cook is also responsible for following recipes and make dishes at the saute line as prescribed. They will be responsible for setting up their station (mis en place), as well as necessary prep work prior to service. At the end of dinner service, they are responsible for cleaning their own station.
