Dressel's Public House in the Central West End is seeking a motivated cook who is ready to step into a sous chef position. We cook with local ingredients and offer a broad range of menu items that are prepped and cooked from scratch. We have a simple approach to cooking and are looking to build a team around a solid core menu that represents the best possible pub/bar food with a regular rotation of seasonal specials. This is a great opportunity to learn on the job and be a part of a Saint Louis landmark business. Successful candidate will be reliable, durable and willing to work an average 5 day 50-55 hour work week. Strong line cooking skills across stations is a must for this position.
