<p>This position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the unit (kiosk) and managing the employees. The manager’s areas of duties will generally include:</p>

<li>Maintain a positive work environment </li>
<li>Expertise with strong product knowledge of all food items sold in the unit</li>
<li>Awareness of company’s history<strong><u>,</u></strong> brand and present & future locations</li>
<li>Management of operating budget</li>
<li>Employee recruiting, training and management </li>
<li>Workforce scheduling and Human resource management </li>
<li>Marketing and Advertising </li>
<li>Customer service and Customer relations </li>
<li>Inventory and ordering / receiving of supplies for the unit</li>
<li>Obtaining and maintaining vendor relation</li>
<li>Inspection, repair and preventive maintenance of facility and equipments</li>
<li>Work closely with the Woops! Franchise Owner</li>
<li>Stay current with the weekly Woops! Newsletter</li>
<li>Pop-up and events management </li>
</ol>
