<p>Scottsdale Community Bank (in organization), a dynamic new bank for a dynamic community, is seeking a Chief Lending Officer to share our vision and play a key role in the preparation of our launch, upon federal and state approval, and our continued operations. The qualifications and responsibilities include:</p>
<p>*Formal credit training with strong credit skills</p>
<p>*Experienced commercial lender with 10+ years of lending experience</p>
<p>*Lender in the metro Phoenix, Arizona, area for at least 5 years</p>
<p>*Experienced in real estate and commercial lending</p>
<p>*Ability to source new loan opportunities from new and existing clients</p>
<p>*Supervisory experience</p>
<p>*Experience with managing a loan portfolio</p>
<p>*Experience in formulating loan commitment letters and loan documentation</p>
<p>*Strategic portfolio management skills including risk, pricing, and profitability</p>
<p>*Strong leadership skills</p>
