Reviews for content and set up folders/working binders in standard layout. Review all sub / supplier quotes.-Reviews specifications/plans and produces a condensed spec. check as a guideline for Project Management and others (list highlights and non-standard requirements).-Coordinates with in-house Insurance/Contracts personnel to insure proper contract execution.-Works with Scheduling Department to make sure job fits in overall Landmark schedule and meets Owner s requirements.-Provides details/answers for management team and accounting personnel, contact Owner or Engineering Consultant for assistance / answers.-Sets up a Pre-Construction Meeting and prepare a preliminary submittal package to include: Project Construction Schedule List of Representatives / Subcontractors Shop Drawing / Submittal Schedule Schedule of Values Schedule of Payments-Coordinates completion of the project by: Recognizing finish out requirements Scheduling subcontractors Establishing initial punch list Representing at Final Walk-Through Completing Record Drawings, Operations and Maintenance Manuals and As-Builts Personnel Management:-Indirectly supervises employees in Project Management.-Participates in employee selection and retention decisions for the team.-Serves as team leader, supporting and interpreting Company Policy.-Provides day-to-day coaching, positive motivation and discipline to staff members.-Provides skills training to staff to foster growth.-Conducts effective employee evaluations by identifying individual contributions, improvement opportunities, setting goals and reinforcing company expectations.-Proactive in preventing and resolving issues and complaints with staff members and involves management when required.</p><p><br></p><p>Education and/or Experience: Appropriate engineering or construction management degree from four-year College or university preferred.
