Our company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant in the area of Oakland to assist our team with daily tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Flexible Schedule (hours vary from 7am-8pm, some weekends)
- Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Gmail, Outlook
- Works well under pressure
- Must posses their own transportation

This person will provide support in the office performing duties such as making copies, assisting with phone calls, running errands, data entry, and maintaining files. The position requires being organized, detailed oriented, and having strong Excel skills.
