<p>Foresight is seeking candidates to perform construction scheduling duties for transportation (highway, bridge, and transit) and other infrastructure projects in Texas. </p>
<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities: </strong>As a key member of our team, the selected candidate will be given an opportunity to wear multiple hats and to help grow the company’s construction scheduling service offerings. We are willing to train schedulers who do not have specific transportation industry experience, but are familiar/experienced with the Critical Path Method (CPM) technique for construction projects.</p>
<p>Key roles/responsibilities may include, but not be limited to performance and/or oversight of the following:</p>
<ul>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Developing and/or managing project schedules using CPM for the delivery of transportation projects</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Ensuring schedule compliance with relevant contract requirements </li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Tracking and reporting overall project progress and critical path activities</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">Identifying, measuring, and reporting the impacts of any changes on a project’s schedule, and providing other schedule analyses to support project decisions and resolve disputes or claims</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Interacting directly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address scheduling issues </li>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Construction Scheduler</strong></p>
<p>Foresight is seeking candidates to perform construction scheduling duties for transportation (highway, bridge, and transit) and other infrastructure projects in Texas. </p>
<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities: </strong>As a key member of our team, the selected candidate will be given an opportunity to wear multiple hats and to help grow the company’s construction scheduling service offerings. We are willing to train schedulers who do not have specific transportation industry experience, but are familiar/experienced with the Critical Path Method (CPM) technique for construction projects.</p>
<p>Key roles/responsibilities may include, but not be limited to performance and/or oversight of the following:</p>
<ul>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Developing and/or managing project schedules using CPM for the delivery of transportation projects</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Ensuring schedule compliance with relevant contract requirements </li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Tracking and reporting overall project progress and critical path activities</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">Identifying, measuring, and reporting the impacts of any changes on a project’s schedule, and providing other schedule analyses to support project decisions and resolve disputes or claims</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Interacting directly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address scheduling issues </li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong><strong>:</strong> Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this position: </p>

<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="6" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or similar field</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="6" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">At least three (3) years of experience performing project scheduling, project controls, and/or construction management duties for transportation, utility, oil and gas, building/architectural, or other infrastructure projects</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="6" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Demonstrated progressive experience with the CPM technique to manage project schedules </li>

<p>Foresight is seeking candidates to perform construction scheduling duties for transportation (highway, bridge, and transit) and other infrastructure projects in Texas. </p>

Foresight is seeking candidates to perform construction scheduling duties for transportation (highway, bridge, and transit) and other infrastructure projects in Texas.
Roles and Responsibilities: As a key member of our team, the selected candidate will be given an opportunity to wear multiple hats and to help grow the company’s construction scheduling service offerings. We are willing to train schedulers who do not have specific transportation industry experience, but are familiar/experienced with the Critical Path Method (CPM) technique for construction projects.
Key roles/responsibilities may include, but not be limited to performance and/or oversight of the following:
Developing and/or managing project schedules using CPM for the delivery of transportation projects
Ensuring schedule compliance with relevant contract requirements
Tracking and reporting overall project progress and critical path activities
Identifying, measuring, and reporting the impacts of any changes on a project’s schedule, and providing other schedule analyses to support project decisions and resolve disputes or claims
Interacting directly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address scheduling issues
Assisting with quality control review for schedule deliverables
Providing business development and operations support as needed
Qualifications: Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or similar field
At least three (3) years of experience performing project scheduling, project controls, and/or construction management duties for transportation, utility, oil and gas, building/architectural, or other infrastructure projects
Demonstrated progressive experience with the CPM technique to manage project schedules
Working knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera P6/P3 or Microsoft Project
Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with others (including project team members and/or external stakeholders) to identify and address project issues
Experience with the following is also a plus, and may be considered in the assignment of/compensation for additional job duties:
Resolving disputes and/or claims during construction
Preparing and reviewing project estimates and scopes
Preparing and reviewing Time Impact Analyses
Developing and/or implementing project control processes and systems
Construction record keeping and document control
Conducting project risk management reviews
Knowledge of and experience with business development and administration
Job Location: The selected candidate will perform all job duties primarily from the Foresight Austin office, which is located at 13284 Pond Springs Road, Suite 303 in Austin, Texas 78729.
Travel Requirements: <10% to attend project meetings and conferences at various locations throughout Texas.

<p><strong>Job Location</strong><strong>: </strong>The selected candidate will perform all job duties primarily from the Foresight Austin office, which is located at 13284 Pond Springs Road, Suite 303 in Austin, Texas 78729.</p>
<p><strong>Travel Requirements:</strong> <10% to attend project meetings and conferences at various locations throughout Texas.</p>
