We’re looking for field-based Sales Account Manager.

In this role as Account Manager, you will identify new retail stores that could use our credit services. You will also act as the face of our company, building relationships with existing retail accounts to help them drive new sales and generate repeat business.

Our number one goal is repeat business for our retailers. We plan to do that with a faster, more robust and seamless customer experience, and with your help, we know we can be successful! Reporting to the best Sales Manager there is in the industry, you will be mentored and trained on how to support the retailer’s strategic initiatives.

Job Breakdown:

  • Find new retail stores in and around your area that would like to increase their sales with the best credit company on the market today
  • Train local retail staff on how to use our systems to help increase their sales/commissions
  • Be a change agent and help us improve the landscape of the rapidly growing virtual lease-to-own (“LTO”) market
  • Work in a fun, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you will take pride in making a difference for the customers we serve

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales required
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role
  • Must have superior interpersonal skills both on the phone and in-person
  • Previous training experience a plus
  • Strong work ethic, high initiative and interest in new technology and software applications is essential

Additional Qualifications/skills:

  • Train new stores and always contact a store the day they go live
  • Maintain store relationships and regular training plans
  • Test, train, and update stores on new policies and system updates
  • Provide the latest marketing materials to active retailers in your market
  • Support the processing and customer service departments when they are in need
  • Maintain a positive attitude and respect for the dealings with retailers, customers and fellow employees
  • Always take accountability for your retailers and make yourself available by giving your personal contact information
  • Make good use of your time by: running reports and following up with stores; doing invoices and helping process accounts when processors are busy; helping customer service calls; responding to emails and voicemails

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
