You'll be teaching our users how to roll-out bvoip on a technical level, so you should have a baseline understanding of the systems and tools MSPs are using to manage IT today. </p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Guide customers through the bvoip onboarding process (training will be provided)</li>
<li>Provide technical support for bvoip users as they set up the platform, phone system, voip devices, and integrations.</li>
<li>Teach customers how to integrate the bvoip software into their existing toolset </li>
<li>Help customers in need with troubleshooting and finding solutions to unforeseen issues</li>
<li>Communicate with co-workers through e-mail, ticketing, chat, and/or verbally</li>
<li>Ensure customers are successful with their use of the software</li>
<li>Adapt to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned</li>

This position reports to the Regional Technical Manager.<br><br><strong>Specific Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Training of applicators to properly and efficiently install Sarnafil roofing and waterproofing systems in an effort to ensure quality and contractor profitability. Provide training to others as needed.</li><li>Overseeing the application process by attending job starts and performing in-progress project visits to monitor and enforce proper installation. Assure that application is in accordance with good roofing practices and Sarnafil specifications through documentation with field reports. <li>A Bachelor's Degree is preferred</li>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in IT or managed services is preferred</li>
<li>Any Managed Service Provider experience and or MSP channel products is a big plus</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service skills</li>
<li>Excellent troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Experience with general IT Infrastructure</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the United States</li>
