Augustine is looking for a Social Media and Content Manger to work onsite with our client in Dallas.  The Social Media and Content Manager is responsible for setting and implementing social media communication campaigns to align with the client’s social media and content strategy. This role will help develop implement, track, and optimize client website content and social presence across all platforms from both a paid and organic perspective. This team member will work with the Digital Marketing Manager and client partners to develop engaging text, images, and video content for social accounts and respond to comments and customer questions in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with multiple agency partners to develop all content development for all digital platforms, including websites and social media channels
  • Produce SEO driven content for website(s)
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Director on CRM and Email marketing strategies and executions
  • Act as the face and voice of the brand and manage all community communications
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with client social strategies
  • Lead the development engaging and brand relevant content for the brand’s website, social media channels and other digital advertising.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews on a monthly basis
  • Lead social participation in events to build community and boost brand awareness and capture content to repurpose after the fact as needed
  • Follow social guidelines to ensure brand consistency
  • Build relationships via client account with customers, potential customers, influencers
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Support and execute influencer strategies developed by the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Identify and introduces new ideas and solutions to create efficiency in content and social media campaigns

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Brand content development experience. Bilingual skills English / Spanish are a plus
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and able to develop engaging content
  • Great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community on our social channels
  • Fits to the brand personality: fun, energetic, vibrant, positive
  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar work is a plus
  • Experience launching social initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track social community metrics (e.g. engagement rate)
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask and project manage
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and follow through
  • Self-driven with initiative and naturally curious
  • Has a good awareness of pop culture and trends in the social environment
  • Energetic, innovative, creative and flexible
  • Resourceful, learns quickly and has a thirst for knowledge
  • Adaptable with changing priorities and conditions.
  • Ongoing learner with an interest in self-improvement.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or brand)
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field
