<p>Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:</p>
<p>• Maintain safety practices at all times<br />• Prepare the layout and scope of work for the project<br />• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood and wallboard<br />• Framing Carpenters: Install metal and wood framing and roof truss components<br />• Reading and understanding blue prints and schematics<br />• Using hand and electric tools to cut and fabricate and install frame work components<br />• Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, finishing interior and exterior trim, and other wooden fixtures<br />• Shape and cut materials to specific measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws<br />• Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks and props, using hand tools<br />• Installing foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials<br />• Fitting and installing window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter's level, plumb bob, and laser levels<br />• Erecting scaffolding, ladders for assembling structures above ground levels<br />• Studying specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required<br />• Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws<br />• Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment<br />• Building or repairing cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools<br />• Assembling and fastening materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue<br />• Removing damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools<br />• Inspecting ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>• Must be professional, courteous and respectful<br />• 4 years of experience in commercial carpentry<br />• Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans and other specifications required by our client for information pertaining to the type of material required to get job done<br />• Experience working with equipment such as: boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts<br />• Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation<br />• High standard of integrity and professionalism<br />• Drug free at all times<br />• Must be familiar with tools of your trade<br />• Must be at least 18 years of age</p>

<p>• 5 years technical experience in related field<br />• Must have a clean background check<br />• Must have reliable transportation<br />• Exceptional troubleshooting skills, mechanical and electrical<br />• Must possess valid State Driver's License, and acceptable driving record<br />• Punctual and reliable<br />• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and wear prescribed PPE<br />• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus<br />• Ability to work effectively with others and independently<br />• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds</p>

<p>We are a general contractor working out of Berkeley, CA and all surrounding East & North Bay communities. We are in need of knowledgeable/skilled construction workers with ambition who will complete every task to the best of their ability.</p>
<p>Salary: $52,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year</p>
<p> </p>
<p>SKILLED LABOR ONLY -</p>
<p>*Starting pay at $25/hr (depending on experience)</p>
<p>Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:</p>
<p>• Maintain safety practices at all times<br />• Prepare the layout and scope of work for the project<br />• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood and wallboard<br />• Framing Carpenters: Install metal and wood framing and roof truss components<br />• Reading and understanding blue prints and schematics<br />• Using hand and electric tools to cut and fabricate and install frame work components<br />• Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, finishing interior and exterior trim, and other wooden fixtures<br />• Shape and cut materials to specific measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws<br />• Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks and props, using hand tools<br />• Installing foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials<br />• Fitting and installing window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter's level, plumb bob, and laser levels<br />• Erecting scaffolding, ladders for assembling structures above ground levels<br />• Studying specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required<br />• Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws<br />• Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment<br />• Building or repairing cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools<br />• Assembling and fastening materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue<br />• Removing damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools<br />• Inspecting ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>• Must be professional, courteous and respectful<br />• 4 years of experience in commercial carpentry<br />• Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans and other specifications required by our client for information pertaining to the type of material required to get job done<br />• Experience working with equipment such as: boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts<br />• Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation<br />• High standard of integrity and professionalism<br />• Drug free at all times<br />• Must be familiar with tools of your trade<br />• Must be at least 18 years of age</p>
<p>Other Qualifications:</p>
<p>• 5 years technical experience in related field<br />• Must have a clean background check<br />• Must have reliable transportation<br />• Exceptional troubleshooting skills, mechanical and electrical<br />• Must possess valid State Driver's License, and acceptable driving record<br />• Punctual and reliable<br />• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and wear prescribed PPE<br />• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus<br />• Ability to work effectively with others and independently<br />• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds</p>
