Angeline's Louisiana Kitchen serves the best Cajun/Creole cuisine in the bay area. We specialize in the kind of cuisine that Louisiana natives are familiar with. Etouffee, Jambalaya, Gumbo, and Red Beans and Rice are just a few of our specialties. We aim to serve amazingly delicious food to our customers every day.

Looking for an experienced Sous Chef. Candidates must be able to accurately and efficiently work full service shifts as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Running the line and ensuring quality service
  • Working all stations
  • Food ordering
  • Prep work and maintenance of quality standards
  • Communicating clearly with managers, kitchen and front of house staff
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Supervision of kitchen staff

Experience in a full service restaurant is required.  Conversational Spanish is preferred.  Must have a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
