Cleaning Crew Member

We are looking for cleaning crew members to perform final cleaning on construction projects. We are looking for hard working people with great work ethic and strong positive character. This position offers great opportunity for the right members. This position will work both on public and private jobs with pay ranging from $12 to $45 per hour. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs various cleaning activities in accordance with the Company Cleaning Program while ensuring the security and workplace safety of the premises at all times.
• Transportation not provided; must have own reliable transportation to specific contract site locations.
• Ability to meet attendance work schedule with dependability and consistency. Tardiness and absences from work will place hardship on fellow team members and disrupt contracted sites cleaning schedule.
• To use various types of equipment, materials, and chemicals. All equipment should be inspected to ensure good, safe working order, regularly cleaned and maintained.
• Sweeping, dusting, waxing, mopping, and scrubbing; washing windows, walls, and floors.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, refrigerators, microwaves.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures, deep sweep and dust.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees, vacuum, steam clean, or shampoo carpets.
• Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, wash interior & exterior window glass.
• Must have transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $13.50 per hour
