Will work closely with relationship management and volunteer engagement partners within assigned territory to provide for exceptional event experiences and support revenue growth.</p><p>The individual portfolio will encompass moderate level event grouping category events requiring a moderate level of proficiency and can include multi-market, higher level event grouping category events, and/or a significant quantity of events requiring advanced proficiency, year-round focus, and significant time investment.</p><p><strong>Essential Function/Responsibility:</strong><br/><strong>Event Production (50% of time)</strong><br/>-Regularly collaborates with relationship management team and volunteer engagement staff serving as project manager to ensure exceptional event experience for participants and sponsors<br/>-Monitor, adhere to, and update event production timelines for all events; adhere to deadlines and communicate progress to supervisor, identifying potential roadblocks or challenges<br/>-Reserve and secure venues, permits and insurance for assigned events by predetermined deadlines, establishing, and maintaining positive relationships with communities hosting our events and vendors; <p>Serving up a classic Northern California vibe, attentive hospitality, and a comforting seasonal menu, San Francisco’s iconic Presidio Social Club is open every day for all your social gatherings. Nestled within the beautiful Presidio National Park, PSC is at once an inviting urban oasis and a lively destination fit for an intimate dinner for two or a celebratory venue for large groups. Erected in 1903 as a military barracks, the historical building has been converted into a modern eatery sure to put anyone “at-ease” featuring contemporary twists on San Francisco staples and artfully crafted cocktails.<br /><br />PSC is looking for someone with Restaraunt Floor & Special Events experience. We are a 12-year-old restaurant in San Francisco, with a busy SE department. This is a full-time position. We will appreciate candidates who are hospitality professionals with a good work ethic.<br /><br />We will reward your loyalty with competitive pay, a good benefits package, and a fun work environment where we are all here for the same thing - our guests.<br /><br />1. Management and Supervision in our two Presidio locations, Presidio Social Club and Presidio Palms Café.<br />2. Time would be spent in both locations.<br />3. Assist Events Department in selling, marketing, planning, setup, execution and breakdown of events.<br />4. Some Floor Management will be required. <br />5. Staff and Product Management<br />6.
