<p>We are looking for a Product Manager "athlete" to join our team. Our products make managing vacation rentals easier, more fun, and more profitable for companies around the world. We have aggressive revenue goals for 2019.</p>
<p>We are looking for a candidate who will love building and managing product features as they grow up and get released into the wild. We are a small but mighty team, and we need someone who is eager to dive in, collaborate and help us bring new features to our awesome customers.</p>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, and translate these into detailed product specifications so our developers can build them</li>
<li>Assist with the global prioritization of features to impact customers</li>
<li>Manage product features from start to finish, shepherding them to become their best selves and also making sure they get done on time</li>
<li>Meet with strategic customers to understand desired features and functionality, and translate these needs into feature requirements</li>
<li>Partner with Sales and Marketing to communicate value propositions and create a cohesive, high quality customer experience</li>
<li>Work directly with the Co-Founders and get lots of visibility into a thriving early stage company</li>
</ul>
<p>Ideally, you are:</p>
<ul>
<li>An avid communicator and collaborator - you love working with others so find solutions to tricky challenges and motivating the team to get things done.</li>
<li>Experienced managing projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for formulating requirements, overseeing features as they get built, quality assurance, and also communicating the value proposition to the marketing team.</li>
<li>Thoughtful about the customer viewpoint, making sure to deliver on key features and functionality that will make their lives easier.</li>
<li>Dreaming of a big role where you have a lot of responsibility</li>
<li>Excited to learn: Systems, strategies, and operations</li>
<li>Data-focused; you love analyzing outcomes and finding ways to improve</li>
<li>A self-starter and educator, wanting to try things out and immerse yourself in industry best practices</li>
<li>Happy to learn the lessons from mistakes (which are welcomed) so that you can improve</li>
</ul>
