You will be responsible for resolving complaints customers may have with the store, providing requested information and saving revenue. You will offer your assistance to give customers the most pleasant experience possible in our store.
Customer Service Clerk Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Record all customer requests and forward those requests to the proper departments
- Resolve billing issues and determine the source of the problem to ensure it does not occur in the future
- Answer all customers’ questions and provide relevant information
- Record payments and collect revenue
- Partake in educational opportunities in order to update your knowledge regarding customer service related responsibilities
- Make sure that all products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure the standards set forth by the company are maintained by all personnel at all times
- Recommend changes that could provide a better experience to customers
