Picco Restaurant is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced bartender. Knowledge of contemporary cocktails, artisanal spirits, and wine is a must, as well as a love of food and the strong desire to be a member of a professional team. A professional appearance and friendly demeanor is essential. Please have at least 2-3 years current experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant. Must be available to work Sunday evenings.
