Job Description

Augustine is actively recruiting for an Account Coordinator in Dallas, TX to support its continued growth and expansion. This position serves as the day-to-day support for the Account team, as well as Creative, Digital and Production. The Account Coordinator will work closely with the Account Director/Supervisor to meet overall client expectations and campaign goals.

A successful Account Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, managing and execution of projects from beginning to end. This includes detail-oriented project management, creation and management of timelines and communication with internal team members. The ideal candidate has strong organization skills, ability to balance multiple projects, and is capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works daily with the Account team (Creative/Digital/Production) to meet deliverables in a timely manor
  • Monitors ongoing job progress, internal and client approvals, project timing and budgets
  • Set-up meetings, create agendas, record notes and distribute conference reports
  • Creates and manages job folders
  • Provides billing back-up hours and creative
  • Develops program estimates and POs
  • Maintains and owns all status reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
  • 1-2 years’ agency experience in CPG, foodservice, shopper or retail experience is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge and understanding of integrated marketing, advertising, promotions, digital and social media, creative services/production and retail
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn internal team confidence quickly
  • Ability to work effectively within a highly collaborative and interconnected environment
  • Excellent verbal and written skills are required
