Bix, San Francisco’s legendary supper club is looking for a talented Sous-Chef.
Bix is repeatedly one of SF Chronicle’s Bay Area Top 100 restaurants. We are offering a rare opportunity for someone with a minimum of two-years of management experience in fine dining.
Ideal candidate can lead out team, and meet the high standards of fine dining that we are famous for. Understanding of food cost and cost control is a must. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail are required.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with Chef Emmanuel Eng and Chef Bruce Hill.
