<li class="ms-hover">Accurately verifies orders and enters order into POS quickly and in proper sequence, using appropriate abbreviations and charges.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Serves beverages to guests in a timely manner.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Ability to assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Follows alcohol awareness procedures for identifying age, preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Collects payment (credit cards, cash) for drinks and/or food served following company established accounting procedures for all transactions.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Ensure all financial transactions are correct and maintains accuracy and coin for making change. Operate credit card machines correctly. Accurately calculates change due to the Guest and return appropriate amount in a timely matter.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Possess proficient knowledge of liquor and food quality and beverage preparation, and keep updated on new and revised beverage recipes.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and sugar to prepare cocktails and other drinks, and ensure that all drinks are prepared according to company recipes.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Occasionally food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, which includes retrieving food orders from the kitchen and transporting them to the guests in the servers’ section, as well as for any other section in the restaurant.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Ensure a clean and well-stocked bar.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Secures all monies at the end of each shift.</li>

<li>Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Guests.</li>
<li>Ability to read and write handwritten notes. </li>

<p class="ql-align-justify">Ensure Guests receive an exceptional experience by attending to their needs in a timely, helpful and proficient manner. Guides Guests through current menu and beverage offerings, answering questions as needed to ensure a positive Guest experience. Practices responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local laws and Alamo Drafthouse, LLC alcohol policy.</p>

<p><strong>DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="ms-hover">Ensures that ALL GUESTS have an AWESOME Experience, and are EXCITED to come back. </li>
<li class="ms-hover">Possess proficient knowledge of the menu in order to explain our offerings to the guests; informs them of current food promotions and specials and answer any questions.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Accurately verifies orders and enters order into POS quickly and in proper sequence, using appropriate abbreviations and charges.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Serves beverages to guests in a timely manner.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Ability to assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Follows alcohol awareness procedures for identifying age, preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Collects payment (credit cards, cash) for drinks and/or food served following company established accounting procedures for all transactions.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Ensure all financial transactions are correct and maintains accuracy and coin for making change. Operate credit card machines correctly. Accurately calculates change due to the Guest and return appropriate amount in a timely matter.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Possess proficient knowledge of liquor and food quality and beverage preparation, and keep updated on new and revised beverage recipes.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and sugar to prepare cocktails and other drinks, and ensure that all drinks are prepared according to company recipes.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Occasionally food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, which includes retrieving food orders from the kitchen and transporting them to the guests in the servers’ section, as well as for any other section in the restaurant.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Ensure a clean and well-stocked bar.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Secures all monies at the end of each shift.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Assists other team members as needed or when business needs dictate.</li>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Ability to operate POS, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions and account for all monies at the end of each shift.</li>
<li class="ms-hover">Able to stand/walk for 100% of shift.</li>
<li>Able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe frequently.</li>
<li>Able to deliver plates, food & clear tables which may require lifting as much as 30lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to read and write English.</li>
<li>Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Guests.</li>
<li>Ability to read and write handwritten notes. </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS</strong>; Work is typically performed in the restaurant environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The work involves a majority of sitting, bending, stooping, twisting, climbing and some lifting up to 50 lbs.</p>

<p><strong>HAZARDS: </strong>Only those present in a normal restaurant setting; no known significant hazards. Work performed in the restaurant has minimal exposure to cleaning chemicals, cooking equipment along with minimal machinery with moving parts.</p>
