We are currently accepting applications for a Kitchen Manager position for our Las Colinas location. We are looking for a person with a passion for movies, food, and people. Pay is dependent on experience.  Free movies, free meals, medical and dental insurance, and a busy, fun work atmosphere! 

Duties:

*Hiring team members and ensuring all new recruits are trained to brand standard

*Schedule BOH team members under forecasted budget while ensuring proper coverage for shift success

*Drive brand standards in regards to food safety, quality, builds, and recipes.

*Perform inventory, analyze cost percentages, accurately track purchases and create action plans to correct opportunity areas.

*Lead BOH Team Members with professionalism, positivity, and respect.

*Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it is in great working condition

Qualifications:

*At least 2 years of managing a high volume kitchen

*Strong organization skills

*Great with People with a passion for training and development

*Extremely self-driven with great time-management skills

*A great understanding of labor-management and a proven track record of hitting financial goals.
