Server/Cocktail Server

The Servers in our restaurant and/or bar provide outstanding service to our guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.  You will take food and beverage orders from our guests, and serve food orders and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to our guests’ tables according to our restaurant and/or hotel service standards. You will be asked to assist in the maintenance of the restaurant and/or area and equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 21 years of age
• One year of experience as a casual upscale dining Server or equivalent
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
• Food Handler Certification
• Certification in TIPS program

Bartender

The Bartender will provide beverage service for our guests, take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and meals courteously, enthusiastically, and efficiently according to our established service standards.  You will maintain stock and supplies and ensure the cleanliness of bar area and equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Three years’ experience as a Bartender or Bar Back
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co- workers to their understanding
• Food Handlers Certification
• Certification in TIPS program
• Be a team player
