Polanco is a convivial, contemporary bar and restaurant serving authentic Mexican cuisine rooted locally in the food and people of central California. Located in the Downtown Commons (DOCO) in the heart of Sacramento, Polanco is a lively place to meet old and new friends.

We are currently interviewing for a fast, dependable AM/PM Dishwashers to join our growing kitchen team!

Responsibilities include:

Keeping service and cookware clean
Maintaining cleanliness of floors and surfaces
Assisting cooks with food prep
Other maintenance tasks

Must be able to communicate and comprehend instructions in English. The dishwasher should be able to work a flexible schedule.
