<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Lead Carpenter / Foreman</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>Island Marine Contractors in Tavernier, Florida is looking for a skilled and effective Lead Carpenter to join our team! Island Marine Contractors has been in business since 2004. Our specialty is the construction of wood and concrete seawalls and docks however we also have work that includes spalling repair, home additions and remodels. We are looking for a person with extensive knowledge in all areas of construction. </p>
<p> Responsibilities Include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Communicating clearly and respectfully with customers, sub-contractors, and co-workers</li>
<li>Effectively manage other employees and ensure that they complete their tasks and responsibilities</li>
<li>Supervising the construction process</li>
<li>Managing materials, reading plans, creating materials lists, and supervising others on the jobsite.</li>
<li>Motivate employees and keep the job on schedule.</li>
</ul>
<p>Pay will be based on experience and performance $25.00 - $35.00 per Hr. </p>
<p>Must have previous experience in the construction industry preferably in a management position. The ability to speak Spanish in addition to English would be a plus. </p>
