Executive Chef for Mexican Restaurant in Danville

Assume the helm of a new and popular Mexican restaurant in historic downtown Danville.  As a candidate you will need to have a superior knowledge of cooking techniques and menu development. Solid and well trained BOH team already in place.  


  • 2-4 years kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Graduate of an accredited culinary program preferred (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a team and multiple tasks
  • Must be able to facilitate and effectively execute training
  • Ability to handle difficult/challenging situations and conversations
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Chef should have a positive attitude and be able to communicate clearly, professionally, concisely and respectfully.  Owner has multiple restaurants so ideal for future growth opportunities.
