Our fantastic dental office is looking to add a Financial Coordinator to the team!
We are a general dentistry practice that is focused on customer service, good communication with patients and quality care. Our mission is to create and deliver exceptional dental care and to partner with our patients to achieve and maintain a well-functioning, disease-free and natural-looking dentition for their lifetime!

The duties of a financial coordinator include:
- Presenting and coordinating treatment plans
- Coordinating inter-disciplinary treatment plans with other doctors as necessary
- Dental Insurance Claims submission and management
- Patient billing and AR management
- Maintaining stats and achieving weekly and monthly goals
- Working alongside a Scheduling Coordinator and other Administrative staff
There are also shared administrative duties between all staff members and cross-training as well. Experience with dental software and dental insurance processing is necessary for this position. We are really looking for a high-toned person that enjoys working in a team environment and feels passionate for helping others achieve health!
Hours are Monday - Friday and pay is negotiable based on experience and ability to meet and exceeds goals!
