Assistant Hotel Manager
NAME in LOCATION is looking for a skilled and effective hotel manager to join our team!
Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with guests and co-workers
- Effectively help manage other employees and ensure that they complete their tasks and responsibilities
- Managing budgets, planning and creating schedules and supervising operations
- Motivating employees and effectively handle upset guest
- Assisting the GM when necessary
Must have previous experience in the hotel industry preferably in a management position. A degree in hospitality management is a plus as is the ability to speak Spanish in addition to English.
